To redeem your Fruit Tree Gift Certificate, simply select trees from our website in the normal way and add them to your basket. During the checkout process you will have the opportunity to enter the gift certificate number.
If your order matches the number of trees on the Certificate, the Certificate will be redeemed and you will not have to pay anything.
If your order is for more trees than the value of the Certificate, proceed to the checkout and enter the Certificate number as above. You can then confirm your order and you will not have to pay at this stage. We will then contact you to advise the outstanding balance, which you can then pay online in the usual way. Note that if you order trees of different values, we count the Certificate against the most expensive trees, so that the balance remaining to pay will be in your favour.
Gift certificates can only be redeemed for trees that are available and in stock.
