We will provide a full refund in the following circumstances:
You cancel the order after you have paid for it but before we have started to despatch it.
Your trees are damaged by our couriers and you have notified us by email within 4 days. (If you have a digital camera or camera phone please include a photo of the damaged items in the email, and it is a big help to us if you can do this at the point of receipt rather than several days later).
We have delivered the wrong items and you have notified us by email within 4 days.
You have paid for your order but we are unable to supply the required varieties and formats. In this situation we may offer alternative items in discussion with you but if none are suitable or you prefer a refund this will be arranged.
You change your mind after receipt of the trees and decide to return them. Please contact us within 4 days to make arrangements to return the tree(s). You will need to pay the return courier charges.
Refunds are not possible in any other circumstances.
We will also replace trees that have died in the first spring after planting, although it may not be possible to send the replacement until the following season.
