I have just ordered 3 apple trees - how far apart do they need to be planted?

Hi I have just ordered 3 apple trees Golden delicious, Bramley seedling, Russet. How far apart do they need to be planted. And want is the best planting material to use?

Good afternoon Deborah.
All your trees are grafted on MM106 rootstock so I would allow 4m between each of the trees.

If you have reasonable soil you do not need to add anything to it - just plant straight into the ground.
