Will Cornish Aromatic and Cornish Gilliflower apple trees cross-pollinate?

I have a small fairly sheltered garden in Cornwall and would like to plant one each of Cornish Aromatic and Gilliflower. Would they pollinate each other? If not, what would you recommend?
