Pearls rowan

Sorbus bissetii
  • Fruit colour: White

'Pearls' is a small spreading rowan tree, named after its pearly-white berries. The berries are initially purple in the summer but turn to white as autumn progresses.

The fern-like green leaves are also a particularly attractive of this variety, with the added bonus that they turn purple / red in the autumn.

Overall this is a lovely tree for the smaller garden.
